R-Track Technologies, Inc., Completes Cambridge Aero Acquisition

Customers and dealers who have followed events involving Cambridge Aero Instruments, Inc., over the past several years know that the previous management of Cambridge filed a petition in bankruptcy court for reorganization of the company in 2004.  R-Track Technologies, Inc., which had contracted to purchase the assets of Cambridge prior to the petition, continued production and support of the Cambridge product line while the case was in court.  On June 25, 2008, R-Track officially acquired ownership of the assets and all shares of stock of Cambridge through a court approved settlement.  As a result, the court case will be closed, the stability of Cambridge is secure, and purchasers of Cambridge products can buy with confidence.

R-Track Celebrates Five Years as Exclusive Manufacturer
of Cambridge Aero Instruments Products:

R-Track Technologies, Inc., was organized in April, 2003, and soon thereafter became the exclusive manufacturer of Cambridge Aero Instruments.  We look forward to continuing to serve the needs of soaring pilots and enthusiasts.

Thanks to our loyal dealers and customers for helping us reach this milestone!

Some recent personnel changes:

Gary Kammerer resigned from employment with R-Track Technologies, Inc., after a career of some twenty years as a technical support engineer.  R-Track continues to provide product support for all Cambridge products which are currently in production.  Technical support for older Cambridge products continues to be available through our U.S. and European service dealers.

Becky Wehner is no longer with the company. Administrative functions which she performed have been assumed by others in our group.

A NEW GENERAL MANAGER

Roger K. Rutledge has replaced Arthur Chapman as General Manager.  Arthur remains involved with R-Track, but is concentrating on other business interests.  Roger, a private pilot and Secretary-Treasurer, enjoys being more involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and assuring continued manufacture and supply of Cambridge products.

A Continuing Commitment to Cambridge Dealers and Customers:

Glider pilots and soaring enthusiasts around the world recognize the quality of Cambridge products manufactured and delivered by R-Track Technologies, Inc. As a dynamic company, we adapt to meet the needs of our dealers and customers in a changing market environment, but our commitment to continued quality and production does not change.  Our personnel changes and restructuring are improvements which assure that the Cambridge products we are delivering today will continue to be available and are the best that money can buy.
